No. Indagor is an intake coordinator. It captures case-lead information — caller name, case type, jurisdiction, urgency, retainer-awareness, and the conflict-check subject — and writes the lead into your case-management system. Your licensed agency remains the investigator of record in every jurisdiction in which you operate.

How does jurisdiction handling work?

Private-investigation licensing is state-scoped, so the intake explicitly captures the state (and city when offered) where the work will occur. The captured jurisdiction is written into Trackops alongside the case lead so the assigning investigator can confirm licensing before accepting the engagement.

Does Indagor handle conflict checking?

Indagor captures the subject of the investigation at intake — typically a person’s name — so your agency can run the conflict check before contacting the prospect. It does not perform the conflict check itself; the captured subject is surfaced in the intake record for an investigator to action.

What happens on rush-tier cases?

When a caller indicates rush urgency, Indagor immediately sends an SMS to the on-call investigator number you configured during onboarding. Routine and priority cases write to Trackops without paging anyone. The classification is captured verbatim from the caller and surfaced in the dashboard for triage review.

How is recording consent handled in two-party-consent states?

Every call begins with an explicit recording disclosure and consent prompt. In two-party-consent jurisdictions (CA, FL, IL, MA, PA, WA, and others) the explicit consent satisfies the notice requirement. Your agency remains the operator of record for state-specific recording and call-handling compliance.

Does Indagor make any promises about case outcomes?

No. Indagor never guarantees outcomes, never quotes case pricing, and never makes claims about surveillance capability. It is an intake tool. The investigator a caller is routed to is responsible for setting expectations, scope, and pricing during the follow-up conversation.
