These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indagor, operated by NextAI Forge, LLC ("NextAI Forge, LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Indagor, you agree to these Terms.
Indagor is a 24/7 AI intake coordinator for licensed private-investigation agencies. It opens calls with a recording-consent disclosure, captures case-lead information — caller, case type, jurisdiction, urgency, retainer-awareness, and conflict-check subject — and writes the lead into the case-management system you have connected.
The Indagor service is operated by NextAI Forge, LLC. Your contract is with NextAI Forge, LLC; the Indagor name is a trade name used to identify the product surface. The Service is an intake and answering tool and does not perform the underlying work (repair, advice, investigation) or provide any emergency, medical, safety, legal, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Not an emergency service
The Indagor Service is an intake and answering tool. It is NOT an emergency service and is NOT a substitute for 911, emergency dispatch, or professional emergency responders. Anyone facing a situation that threatens life, health, or safety must contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services immediately.
Indagor does not conduct investigations
Indagor is an intake tool. It does not surveil, search public or proprietary records, perform background checks, run skip-traces, or render any investigative judgment. Your licensed agency remains the investigator of record in every jurisdiction in which you operate.
State licensing is the agency’s responsibility
Private-investigation licensing is state-scoped. Indagor captures the jurisdiction at intake but does not verify that your agency holds an active license in that jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming licensure before accepting any engagement and for any state-specific advertising, recording, or conduct rules that apply to the matters Indagor surfaces. No outcome guarantees
Indagor makes no representation about the success, completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any investigation that may follow an intake. Pricing, scope, and expected outcomes are negotiated solely between your agency and the prospective client during the follow-up conversation.
No guarantee of capture or dispatch
We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, captured, transcribed, summarized, routed, or notified to you correctly, completely, or in a timely manner. The AI may make errors, mishear, misclassify, or omit information, and telephony, network, or third-party outages may prevent calls from being handled.
You are solely responsible for verifying all captured information and for acting on caller communications.
Call recording and consent are your responsibility
The Service may record and transcribe calls. Laws governing the recording of telephone calls and the notice or consent required vary by jurisdiction (including "one-party" and "two-party/all-party" consent rules). You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all call-recording, notice, and consent requirements that apply to your calls and callers.
You retain ownership of the information and content captured through your use of the Service, including call recordings, transcripts, and captured intake ("Customer Data"). You grant NextAI Forge, LLC a limited license to process Customer Data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary for us to process Customer Data, including any personal information of third-party callers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTAI FORGE, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTAI FORGE, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OR MISSED JOBS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID FOR INDAGOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextAI Forge, LLCand its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Indagor Service; (b) Customer Data and your handling of captured intake and caller communications; (c) your failure to obtain any legally required call-recording notice or consent; or (d) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, the Service, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to other agreed dispute-resolution terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice and update the "Last updated" date above.
